Airport Limousine from Yatap & Seohyeon Station

Airport limousine from yatap to Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Gimpo International Airport


The Airport Limousine, which runs to both Gimpo and Incheon airports, has stops in Bundang Area including Seohyeon Station, Sunae Station, Jeongja Station, Migeum Station, Ori Station, Imae Station,and Yatap Station.

Bus Routes & Stops :

Seongnam (Shinheung-Dong) to Incheon --- Bus starts at Seongnam (Sinheung-dong) --> Moran Station --> Yatap Station --> Imae Station --> Seohyeon Station --> Incheon Airport

Korean New Year 2011


2011 Year of the Rabbit....

Korean New Year is the most important festival in Korea. It is a family oriented holiday. Korean New Year is also commonly known as Seollal. Korea follows a lunar calendar and for this reason, the dates of Korean New Year vary every year. Korean New Year 2011 will be on February 3. Korean New Year 2010 was celebrated on February 14, Seollal 2011 will be observed on the first day of the lunar calendar. The New Year celebrations in Korea last for three days and the three days are declared as public holiday.

Seollal or Korean New Year 2011 will fall on the 2nd New Moon after winter cosmic time. If you follow the traditional, it is noticed that Korean New Year shares the same day of new Year in China, Vietnam, Mongol, and Tibet. As Chinese New Year, Korean New Year is also called Lunar New Year.

Cricket World Cup- 2011

The 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup will be the tenth Cricket World Cup and will be hosted by : India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
The World Cup will use cricket's One Day International format, with fourteen national cricket teams.
The World Cup will take place between February and early April 2011.
The first match to be played on 19 February 2011 with co-hosts India and Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
The opening ceremony will be held on 17 February 2011, two days before the start of the tournament.
The final of the world cup would take place on 2 April 2011 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai

Changwon

Changwon is in sutheren part of south korea..which is around 360 kms from my place.
I have been there on a business trip from my office..
It took 4 hours from seongnam to Changwon by bus..
Busan is very near from changwon there around 50 Kms..
I stayed 2 days over there..



Changwon city is good and the place where I stayed is most happening place with
countless bars, karaoke rooms and Korean nightclubs Hotels,resturants..

Restaurant which are almost on the same line...



Changwon does not have a subway system, however, the city is the planned city in
the country and bus routes, trains and taxis are very efficient.

I saw 2 Indian restaurants in Changwon Hotel Bombay Indian Restaurant & TajMahal




I visited Bombay Indian restaurent with my Korean Collegue..The Food is delicious
and price is also ok..
The interiors and environment of Bombay restaurant is good..

Seoul World Cup Stadium & World Cup Park

World Cup Stadium


The Seoul World Cup Stadium, the largest soccer-only stadium in Asia, Construction started in April of 1999. the stadium was ready to hold the opening ceremony of the 17th World Cup in 2002.

“World Cup Mall” which incorporates commercial and sports facilities such as a cinema complex, hypermarket, a wedding hall, a sports center as well as a large shopping mall.

How to reach:

Take subway line 6 to World Cup Stadium station and go out of exit 2



World Cup Park:

Directions: Take subway line #6 to World Cup Stadium Station, exit #1 -> go straight -> along the main road, Haneul Park (Sky Park) is on the right side and Pyeonghwa Park (Peace Park) is straight after the crosswalk.

Eulwangni Beach near Incheon, South Korea

Eulwangni Beach, a nice developed beach with different sea food restaurants and hotels in Incheon area.


 Beach is not much crowded on week days but can expect considerable crowed on weekends.

You can rent a boat and sail out on the water, edges of the seashore is covered with lot of rocks where can have a nice relaxation...

  
  
The beach has many shells in the white sand, it’s not an ideal place to walk around barefoot..

Though it is somewhat far from Seoul..It can be reached very easily..
From Incheon International airport and from there it is 20 Minuits ride by bus.
From inch eon airport take any of bus 301, 302,306 or 311 in the 3rd floor
